Placing an order from within the United States
- To place a direct order, you choose one of the following:

- Orders placed with incorrect billing addresses will be automatically rejected by our online store. You must specify the correct billing address, which is the address where you receive your credit card statement. Please make every effort to ensure that the billing address you provide matches the billing address for your credit card.
- Orders received by 11am Pacific Time on a business day usually ship the same day. Orders received after this time, or on weekends and holidays ship on the next business day. Business days DO NOT include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. In other words, an order placed on Saturday is the same as an order placed on Monday.
- Orders are generally processed within 1 business day, but may take up to 2 business days to process.
- All domestic packages are shipped exclusively via UPS with no exceptions. Customized Shipping & handling charges for locations in the continental United States are automatically calculated by our online store. Simply choose the shipping option you desire.
- Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii are not possible by ground. Even though these rates are sometimes available FROM Hawaii to the continental USA, they are NOT from the continental USA to Hawaii. The webstore will give you ALL available shipping choices for your area.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
- We do not ship to APO / FPO addresses.
Placing an order from outside the United States
- To place a direct order, you choose one of the following:

- As standard protection against rampant international credit card fraud, the online store will instruct you to FAX us your credit card information, which MUST INCLUDE a legible copy of the card and of your official photo identification. If we do not receive your fax, we cannot complete your order. If no fax is received after two weeks, the order will be automatically cancelled.
- Duty fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. We have no information on what the duty charges will be for your particular order, as it varies from country to country and is outside our control. We cannot supply estimates of these charges. Please check with your local government before ordering.
- We cannot adjust the invoiced value of the product to reduce import duty charges.
- All Performance Meters are shipped exclusively via International UPS with no exceptions. The online store will present you with a list of possible countries. If your country is not in the list, we cannot ship to you. A list of customized shipping charges will be presented to you during the checkout process. If the list of options is empty, try again later since the shipping network may be down. If repeated attempts result in no options, your specific destination is not supported and we cannot ship to you.
- INTERNATIONAL shipments of less that $US100 may be shipped via AIRMAIL. This option is only intended for low cost replacement parts. You assume the risk of choosing to ship with an UNTRACKABLE service. The AIRMAIL option will appear if your order qualifies. You will be presented with a list of shipping options to choose from. AIRMAIL shipments are processed one time per week and may take several weeks to arrive. Since these packages cannot be tracked, you will need to be patient.

Inquiring about your order
- Orders are generally processed within 1 business day, but may take up to 2 business days to process. This means an order placed late Friday may take until late Tuesday to process, which could mean a ship date of Wednesday. Please allow 2 business days before inquiring about your order.
- If you provided a valid email address when you placed your order, you will be emailed a UPS tracking number from UPS.com when your product ships. The tracking number may take up to 48 hours to become active in the UPS tracking system. Tesla Electronics has no control over this.
